Introducing: BELLWELL, An Online Group Workout Program (📱 App-based)
BELLWELL is an ongoing training program to help you hit the gym with confidence, gain strength, learn how to sling kettlebells, and start a training plan so you don't have to wing it any longer.
It's happening! I have been thinking about launching something like this for at least a year now so I am very excited you guys are interested in hearing more & jumping in!
ABOUT THE APP
After doing a ton of research on apps that allow me to program & deliver workouts to you in an efficient and fun way, I have found one. If you have trained online with me in the past you know we have used a couple of different apps and they were great but this one [I think] is going to take the cake.
The program is hosted on the Everfit app, so when you sign up it will prompt you to download the Everfit app. As soon as you create your account & join Team BELLWELL, my picture will show up!

Equipment. This program is designed to be done with kettlebells & equipment found in the gym however, you will be able to sub out most exercises before you start based on what you have.
