Why Kettlebells?

Kettlebells are (IMO) THE best modality for a small space #bangforyouebuck and when everyone is crowding the dumbbells at the gym!! They are almost always available.



The other reason is that you can train:

  • Strength

  • Endurance

  • Speed

  • Power

  • Explosiveness

  • Coordination

  • Stability!!

Did you know? As we age, we lose power at almost twice the rate we lose strength. So you should try to be getting up off the ground, challenge your footwork, and move relatively fast every day.
