Everyone progresses through the same workouts together and has a ton of fun doing it. (Once you sign up, it will take me up to 24 hours to assign BELLWELL to your calendar but feel free to look around until then!)

There's no pressure or judgment but there is accountability. There are substitutes to meet you where you're at with steps for how to slowly push yourself as your strength increases. It has a community of others doing the workouts so you never feel alone. Bridgette's energy is abundant and makes you excited to work out. She celebrates with you and makes you feel like you're working out with a friend. The app is so smooth and user-friendly. Perfect for the experienced athlete but also perfect for the beginner. As a stay-at-home mom, she makes it possible for me to get my workouts in by doing half of the work for me, which I love!
